2025-2026 Acceptance of Place *

I am accepting the spot offered to my child for the 2025-2026 Wonderforest Nature Preschool school year (September 2025-June 2026).

Deposit, Tuition, & Payment Terms *

An initial deposit in the amount of 10% of the full year tuition plus registration fee is due to secure your child's place in our program. Once received, this deposit is credited towards your tuition for the 2025-2026 program year. By submitting a deposit and checking this box you are committing to the terms as outlined below: All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be submitted by date noted on your invoice to secure your child’s spot in our classes. By enrolling in our 2025-2026 full year (Sept-June) program, families assume responsibility for the full balance due for the full year tuition for the schedule requested and outlined on their invoice. Families are responsible for the full balance due for the 2025-2026 year regardless of the days their child actually attends. No refunds or credits given for classes missed, including those due to travel, illness, or schedule conflicts. In addition, no refunds or credits will be given due to circumstances beyond Wonderforest’s control (e.g. weather closures, city-related emergency closures, or utility related, emergency building issues). Families who are accepted to our 2025-2026 program will be notified via email. Families will have one week to accept or decline our offer. If you choose to accept our offer, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 10% of your child’s annual tuition + $135 registration fee will be due to secure your child’s place. This deposit will be credited towards your last payment if choosing a payment plan, and will be credited to the overall payment if paying in full. Remaining tuition can be paid in FULL or with 9 installments over the course of the year, beginning in April of 2025. There is a 2.95% surcharge on all payments made by Credit Card / 0.6%, $0.25 min, $2 max surcharge for an ACH payment. Your financial obligation begins when the 10% initial deposit is submitted and this tuition agreement is signed. If, for any reason, a family needs to withdraw from Wonderforest Nature Preschool, this family is still responsible for the tuition for the remainder of the school year. Wonderforest cannot refund tuition or cancel unpaid obligations *Past Due Payments - If a payment is past due, you have a 3 day grace period before a $50 late fee is applied. If after 5 days a payment has not been received, an additional $100 late fee will be applied as well.

Scheduling *

By accepting this spot families are committing to the schedule requested and outlined on their invoice for the duration of the 2025-2026 full year program (Sept-June). The schedule you commit to now will be your child's schedule for the remainder of the year. Any additions to your child's schedule are subject to availability. There is a $75 schedule change fee for any scheduling additions made throughout the course of the year.
